Capacity and footprint are vendor-reported, not audited — one company's "provisioned capacity" is another's "connected capacity," and "footprint" means cities to some, cache locations to others. Market share is the exception: it's measured independently by W3Techs across live websites, not claimed by the vendors themselves.
